一人獨居的日子 - 煮飯篇4

她喜歡吃肉醬意粉, 所以就試一試。

經過她的教導, 雖然沒有下任可芝士, 但是還是好好吃:)

材料:
蘑菇一打 ($1。01)
Polish腸三分一條 ($0。67)
Ground Beef半磅 ($1。2)
茄醬三湯匙
意粉
鹽, Italian Seasoning 少許

Next time try adding some ground Parmigiano Regiano (parmasan cheese) on bolongese;

Now you are make something a bit more advance: use other forms of pasta, eg fisilli, to make a pasta bake.

1. Do exactly the same to prepare the minced beef
2. boil the pasta, have it ready on a side
2. rub some olive at the bottom of a baking tray.
3. Layer the bottom with eggplant, then pasta, then mashroom, then minced beef.
4. Sprinkle some olive oil on top (prevent the food from buring). Bake for 20-25mins in a preheated oven.
5. Instead of using parmasan you can use sliced mozzarala cheese on top(only put in the sliced mozzarala for the last 10min of baking). Garnish with groud parmasan.
